Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

• Platform: the HajzGo website and mobile apps (iOS and Android).
• User: any person creating an account or using the platform in any form.
• Operator: the entity providing the bus transportation service through the platform.
• Booking: the process of reserving a seat on a specific trip via the platform.

2. Eligibility

The user must be 18 years of age or older. For minors, a parent or legal guardian must perform the booking on their behalf.

3. Account & Password Protection

• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials (password, OTP) confidential.
• You must notify us immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
• One person may not own more than one active account.

4. Booking & Payment

• Prices shown are in Syrian Pounds and include all fees.
• Payment can be made by credit card (Stripe) or cash on boarding (if the operator allows it).
• A booking is confirmed only after payment is completed and a ticket is issued.
• HajzGo reserves the right to cancel any booking if a technical pricing error is discovered, with a full refund issued.

5. Cancellation & Refund

• The cancellation and refund policy is the operator's, and it is shown to you in full — the deadline and the refund percentage — on the booking confirmation screen before payment.
• The percentage shown at the time of booking is the percentage actually applied on cancellation.
• A no-show is handled under that same operator policy.
• Refunds are returned via the original payment method, or to your in-platform wallet where that is available.

6. Wallet

• The wallet balance can be used inside the platform only — it is not transferable to a bank account or withdrawable as cash.
• Balance is valid for 24 months from the date of last use.
• Reward and referral programs are subject to separate terms that may change.

7. User Obligations

The user agrees to:

• Provide accurate information during registration and booking.
• Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Not attempt to hack the platform or our servers.
• Respect operator staff and other passengers.
• Arrive on time for the booked trip.

8. HajzGo's Liability

• HajzGo is an intermediary platform between passengers and operators. The actual service (bus, driver, schedule) is the operator's responsibility.
• We are not liable for trip delays or cancellations by operators, but we will assist in facilitating refunds.
• We are not liable for personal luggage or incidents on board the bus.

9. Intellectual Property

All content within the platform (logo, designs, text, code) is the exclusive property of HajzGo. No part may be copied without prior written permission.

10. Suspension & Termination

HajzGo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms or is used fraudulently, without prior notice.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Syrian Arab Republic. Any dispute shall be resolved through the competent courts in Damascus.
